We’re glad you’re here. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how we work with you when you use our website, place an order, or partner with us for our products and services.

By using our website www.celestiaesporta.com (“Platform”) or by purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. We’ve kept them simple, transparent, and fair — because that’s how we like doing business.

Celestiaesporta LLP is a registered partnership under the LLP Act, 2008, with its head office in Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).


1. Who Can Work With Us

We work with businesses, retailers, distributors, and organizations around the world who share our love for sustainable, handcrafted products. By placing an order, you confirm that you’re legally allowed to do business in your country.


2. Placing Orders

  • Orders are confirmed in writing through email or signed proforma invoices.
  • Since our products are handcrafted and often customized, production starts only after confirmation and agreed advance payment.
  • In case of limited-edition or artisan-made items, availability will be confirmed before acceptance.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in INR or USD (or another agreed currency).
  • Payment terms (advance, LC, TT, etc.) will be agreed at the time of order.
  • Bank charges (sending/receiving) are to be covered by the buyer.
  • Once payment is received, we’ll share regular updates on production and shipment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We follow INCOTERMS® 2020 (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.), agreed case by case.
  • We’ll coordinate with you on shipment schedules and keep you updated throughout.
  • Risk and responsibility for goods transfer as per the agreed INCOTERM.
  • Insurance can be arranged if requested in advance.

5. Customs & Import Duties

  • All duties, taxes, and import clearances in your country are your responsibility.
  • We’ll provide accurate paperwork and certifications (like GOTS, Fair Trade) to support smooth customs clearance.

6. Quality & Inspections

  • Every product goes through our in-house quality checks before dispatch.
  • If you’d like a third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek, etc.), it can be arranged at your cost.
  • In the rare case of damage or shortage, please notify us within 7 days of receiving goods with supporting details. We’ll work with you in good faith to resolve it quickly.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our designs, brand name, and artisan artworks (e.g., Cheriyal paintings) are protected.
  • You’re welcome to resell our products under your brand (private labeling/white labeling), but not to copy or reproduce designs without our consent.

8. Our Responsibility & Limitations

  • We stand by our craftsmanship and materials.
  • That said, we cannot be responsible for indirect losses like resale delays, lost profits, or customs rejections outside our control.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of goods supplied.

9. Working Together in Good Faith

  • We believe in partnerships, not just transactions. If challenges arise (shipping delays, strikes, global disruptions), we’ll keep you informed and find solutions together.
  • Neither of us is responsible for events beyond our control (force majeure) such as natural disasters, pandemics, or port closures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. That said, we aim to resolve matters amicably long before it reaches that stage.


11. Staying Updated

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our business or the law. Updated versions will always be available on our website.

No Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Celestiaesporta LLP as your trusted export partner. Every product we create and ship is handcrafted with care, following strict quality checks, and packaged to international standards.

To ensure clarity and fairness in our business relationship, please note the following policy:

1. No Cancellations or Refunds

  • Once an order is confirmed in writing and advance payment is received, it is considered final.
  • Due to the customized, made-to-order nature of our handcrafted products, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted after confirmation.

2. No Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns of goods once dispatched from our facility.
  • This policy aligns with industry standards for international exports, where products are manufactured to buyer specifications.

3. Damage or Shortage Coverage

  • All goods undergo stringent quality checks before dispatch.
  • In the rare case of transit-related damages or shortages, claims must be raised within 7 days of receiving the shipment, supported by photographic evidence and inspection reports (if applicable).
  • As per industry practice, Celestiaesporta LLP will cover up to 5% of the invoice value of damaged/short goods. This may be adjusted either as a replacement in the next shipment or as a credit note, at our discretion.

4. Buyer’s Responsibility

  • Insurance during transit is the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Proper handling, storage, and resale of goods after delivery are the Buyer’s responsibility.
